Return Information

We stand behind the quality of our products and know they're among the best you'll find.  Please read all descriptions and product descriptions very carefully.   

We accept returns on all stock items within 15 days of delivery.  Returns for issues other than material defect or an error on our part may incur a 15% restocking fee.  Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for return!  

CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR REFUNDS.

 

Shipping Information

 *Free shipping available only on specified products to select destinations.  Shipping surcharges apply to any location outside of the United State.

We ship from Lebanon, Pennsylvania 17042.  Estimated shipping transit times start when a package leaves our shop (don't forget to add 3-5 extra business day for us to make, pack, and ship your order).  

If you're geographically closer to us, your transit time will be on the lower end of the estimated window provided at checkout.  Customers west of the Rockies should expect to have transit times that approach the higher end of the estimated window.

Carriers

We ship domestically via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  International packages will be shipped through USPS, UPS, or DHL.  Tracking information is supplied to you by email when your order ships.  

 

 

About FedEx SmartPost and UPS SurePost

FedEx SmartPost services allow us to offer you a great shipping price, particularly to our customers west of the Mississippi River.  While we've had great success with this service and usually experience lower transit times, we do want you to know that it may take up to 7-10 business days for a package to be delivered when shipped using this service.  Please take this into consideration when selecting this service. 
 
You can track SmartPost packages on the FedEx.com website, or by placing "92" in front of your SmartPost tracking number when entering it on the USPS.com website. The tracking is typically detailed and provides a great deal of information as your package moves through the FedEx network on the way to the USPS.
 
How does SmartPost work?  The service utilizes the FedEx delivery network from our store all the way to your local post office.  FedEx delivers the package to your local post office, and then your local USPS carrier will deliver the package to your home. 
UPS SurePost is pretty much the same as SmartPost, but through UPS.  
We reserve the right to substitute the shipping service selected at checkout for another with a similar delivery estimate based on rates offered by the carriers.  Our goal is to get your package to you in the fewest number of days possible while keeping shipping costs to a minimum. 

 

Items Damaged in Shipment

We pack our items very carefully, but sometimes damage in transit is inevitable.  In the event an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so that we can replace your item and file a claim with the carrier.
